It is the preferred choice for making crispy gathiya, nylon khaman, fafda, sev, dhokla, motichoor ladoo, and monthal at home and in commercial kitchens.

Double Asopalav Besan and Super Asopalav Besan by Modern Industries are specifically milled for exactly this purpose - giving you maximum crunch with minimum oil.

Fine besan is finely milled and best suited for smooth batters - ideal for Nylon Khaman, vanela Gathita, Dhokla, Fafda, pakoda, barfi, Soan Papdi. Jada besan is coarser and used specifically for making monthal, dakor gota, motichoor ladoo and certain products that require a grainy texture.
